The fastest way: inside the app

Open the MoveKin app, go to the Account tab, and tap Delete account. That’s it. No email, no waiting on us.

What deletion does

Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases your whole family’s data: your account and every linked parent’s account, the assessment results, the health answers, and the WhatsApp reminder contacts and message history. Both sides go: the child account and the parents linked to it.

This cannot be undone. There is no recycle bin and no restore. If your family wants to use MoveKin again later, you would start from zero.

Can’t get into the app?

If you’ve deleted the app, changed phones, or can’t sign in, request deletion here instead. Tell us the email you use with MoveKin, and we’ll take care of the rest.
