These terms govern your use of movekin.com, the free body-age assessment, and, once it’s offered to you, the MoveKin coaching program. By using the site, you agree to them.

A wellness service, not a medical one

MoveKin is a wellness and fitness service. The body-age assessment is an educational estimate of general fitness built from your own observations; it is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and no part of MoveKin replaces a doctor. If your parent has a serious health condition, has had recent surgery or a fall, or you are in any doubt, consult their doctor before starting the program or attempting any of the physical checks.

The assessment

The assessment is free and provided as-is. Its accuracy depends entirely on the answers given, and its result is an estimate with stated uncertainty, not a clinical measurement. Attempt physical checks only when they can be done safely, with support nearby.

The coaching program and guarantee

Program details, pricing, and the current cohort terms are confirmed with you directly before you pay anything. Our improvement guarantee is conditional on attendance: if your parent attends the sessions for 90 days and their measured body-age does not come down, we refund the coaching fees paid and continue coaching at no charge until it does. The guarantee covers coaching fees; it is not a promise of any specific health outcome.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have your parent’s knowledge and agreement before sharing information about them with us, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveKin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
